Norbeck Kiss-and-Ride Lot needs to be accessible by a pedestrian and bike path

The Norbeck Kiss-and-Ride Lot is now being serviced by three bus lines:
  1. Montgomery County Ride-On Buses
  2. WMATA Metrobuses
  3. ICC Transit Buses
The ICC Transit Buses are unique from the other bus lines in that they will be traveling up and down our narrow and curvy stretch of Norbeck Road, seven days a week, with 14 daily round trips between Gaithersburg and BWI Airport.

These enormous buses are making it even more perilous for pedestrians and bicyclists to use Norbeck Road as there are currently no sidewalks and bike paths.

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a pedestrian path on Norbeck Road that allowed car-less residents to walk or bike over to the Norbeck Kiss-and-Ride Lot where they could catch a ride on a Montgomery County Ride-On bus or a WMATA Metrobus or even the ICC Transit Bus?

More information about the ICC Transit Bus routes, schedules and fares is posted on MTA's Website at: www.mtaiccbus.com.
